This multi-phased modernization project right-sized a 365-bed cardiac acute care specialty hospital.
Campus modifications included reconfiguring access and adding a 350 space underground parking structure, reconfiguring the main hospital entry, and adding a new outpatient surgery lobby.
New 14-room surgical suite and support service spaces, diagnostic and treatment services, acute and intensive patient care areas were added or reconfigured.
New outdoor visitor, patient and staff amenities spaces were added on green roofs capable of supporting truck loading.
