Concept design for this 10,000sqft gut-rehabilitation of an early 20th Century space located in Lower Manhattan overlooking the East River and Brooklyn Bridge.
Open, flexible low-height workstations are built along an axis at the center of the space, providing staff with light and views through private offices and conference rooms along the perimeter.
