PILnet Tenant Improvements

This project involved the gut rehabilitation of an early 20th Century commercial tenant space in Lower Manhattan to serve as the new headquarters for an international legal aid non-profit. Open, flexible work areas are defined along an axis by low partitions, allowing them to receive light and views from the transparent glazed private offices along the space's perimeter. The program also includes a board room and conference rooms with digital connectivity, and a common pantry space.
