103 JFK Lobby

Reckson Associates

An office building lobby left unaltered since its initial construction in 1980 was renovated as part of a comprehensive strategy of brand repositioning in order to attract higher-end tenants to the complex. The entry sequence leading to the elevators was rethought in order to provide visitors with improved wayfinding, from the creation of a double-height glass facade and new landscaping to the introduction of upgraded interior materials such as granite and various wood veneers.
